I got hold of the movie Christiane F, Wir Kinder Vom Bahnhof Zoo a while ago but I hadnapos;t watched it yet (but I am now). Back in the 80apos;s it had a huge impact on me. Not that I got fascinated by the drug culture (the backsides to it seemed too bad IMO) but because it touched on what I met ever so often.

I didnapos;t grow up in a big city but once I had the opportunity I went there to stay and in the maelstrom that is a city I recognised the feeling and the stories from the movie. Of course it became even more so when we went to Hamburg to meet friends there. However, Copenhagen was good enough...

The below is my fav clip from the movie. It is... A reminder of so many things that happened back then when I was 16-17 YO. Oh and itapos;s David Bowie. That can never go wrong. ;)
